If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to offer the best customer satisfaction possible. Items can be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions: All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, and all associated tags. Worn items and mounted skis will not be returned.
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unopened/unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 Days of the date the package is purchased to receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s)/ After the 30 Days you may return your item with a 15% restocking fee. If purchased on sale you will be subject to a $15 restocking fee to cover initial free shipping costs if any. No returns will be accepted 60 days after purchase date.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging and tags (including price tags). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, except in the event of our error. Shipping is non-refundable. Refused packages will result in the deduction of a refund amount. Exchanges may require customer to pay shipping.
- Mounted skis/ snowboards are non-refundable unless defective or there is a warranty issue.
- No Refunds On Ski Boots though you are welcome to exchange for a different size!
- Ski boots and footwear (including bike shoes) can only be exchanged or put into store credit, and only if they are unused and unmodified.
- Luggage and Backpacks are non-refundable and non-returnable

We are experiencing a higher than usual return rate. This may cause a delay in the time that you receive a refund. Refunds are issued first come first serve based on arrival in our store. Right now we’re about a week out for refunds (based on the time we receive the item back to the time we issue the refund). Thank you for being patient. As a small mom and pop shop in Vermont, we appreciate your business.
Thank you for completing our RA form. Please note that you may not get a response right away. We are Vermonters after all and enjoy the simple things in life, like maple syrup, chopping wood and dogs with bandanas (we move slower). So please allow 24 hours to receive return RA instructions.
P.S. If it’s the weekend we’ll issue RA’s on Monday.
