What to Know Before Renting
- Reservations are not required but suggested, especially for demos
- Rentals/demos must be returned by 6pm. Late returns will be charged an additional day’s fee
- Posted rates do not cover loss, theft, damage, misuse, or abuse
- A credit card is required for all rental/demo transactions
- Anyone 18 or younger must have a parent or guardian’s signature
- Junior and adult rates are based on equipment rented, not age

We encourage you to bring your own boots to get the most out of your demo experience. For snowboard demos, you are welcome to bring your own snowboard bindings, as well. All personal equipment being used in conjunction with demo equipment is subject to a safety check.

Frequently Asked Questions
We have answers.
Once the skis or boards leave our building they’re your responsibility. Damage can happen, even in the best conditions, and it’s your responsibility to ensure that doesn’t happen. If we find damage on the ski or board we will charge you the cost to repair the ski or board. If the damage is so severe it’s unfixable, we will charge you the full cost of the ski or board. As unfortunate and uncommon as it is, theft is always a possibility and rental insurance will not cover theft. In the case that the equipment is unable to be recovered, you will be charged for the cost of the equipment.
