frequently asked questions

We get it – you have questions. We have answers.

If you rented a bike from us for one day you must return the bike the day of rental purchase. There is an option for multi-day rentals, and we encourage you to use this if you would like to reserve a bike for multiple days.

If you would like to pick up your rental bike the day before, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, another customer may be using the bike you are looking to rent, or the bike may be undergoing maintenance. We encourage you to give us a call at 802-422-3234 to talk to us about these requests.

Absolutely! We are happy to install your own pedals onto your rental bike (provided there are no safety concerns).

We get it, damage happens. However, once the bike leaves our building, it’s your responsibility to ensure it comes back in the same condition it left. If we find damage on the bike, we will charge you the cost of the repair. If the damage is so severe that the bike can not be salvaged, we will charge you the full cost of the equipment rented.

Theft also happens, though rarely, and will also result in the cost of the bike being charged to you. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BIKE IN SIGHT! We highly suggest purchasing a bike lock to help keep it safe.
